About Dr Sean Denson, MSyI, SIRM
Sean brings more than 30 years of experience across government, policing, military, private sector and humanitarian organisations, including crisis management, serious incidents, strategic risk and senior leadership support in complex and high-risk environments. His doctoral study in security and risk management complements that practical background with a strong research and analytical foundation. This combination allows him to assess not only whether plans and systems exist, but whether they are likely to work when organisations are under real pressure. Sean's approach focuses on practical risk and resilience reviews, training and exercises that help organisations understand where they are strong, where they are exposed, and how well they could respond, adapt and continue operating through serious disruption.
